An opportunity has arisen for Cable Harness Assemblers to join a growing marine business.
What you'll be doing:
Building and assembling cable harnesses for unmanned marine vessels
Using hand tools, crimping tools, and other assembly equipment
Following detailed assembly instructions and processes
Ensuring high quality, accurate, and consistent assembly work
What we're looking for:
Previous assembly experience preferred, ideally from a manufacturing or production environment - however as full training is provided this isn't essential.
Methodical, dependable, and hardworking approach
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
Hours: 40 hours per week (opportunities for 60+ hours as production increases)
Start/Finish times can be flexible.
Pay dependant on experience:
PAYE - £12.78/h - £13.69/h plus £1.54/h - £1.69/h holiday accrual
Or
Umbrella Co - £16.80 - £18.00/h
The current contract is running until end of February 2026 but there is strong possibility of the work continuing well into 2026 based on the successful delivery of the current demand.
