Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to oversee operations at a Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW) site. This contract role is crucial to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising all site activities on the WWTW site
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS, TWC, and First Aid qualifications
- Liaising with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on performance to senior management
- Implementing and enforcing quality control and assurance procedures
- Overseeing site logistics and ensuring the efficient use of resources
- Maintaining detailed records and preparing necessary documentation
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential issues
Job Requirements:
- Experience in civil engineering, specifically within the water sector
- SMSTS, TWC, and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
