Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to manage the delivery of highway maintenance works.
- Overseeing and coordinating highway maintenance activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Ensuring that all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Managing and liaising with contractors and construction teams on site
- Maintaining accurate records of all site activities and project progress
- Identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
- Regularly reporting project status to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensuring proper maintenance of site equipment and materials
- Promoting a positive and productive work environment on site
Job Requirements:
- Experience in highway maintenance or related fields
- SMSTS qualification is required
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards related to highway construction
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with contractors, stakeholders, and team members
- Proficiency in keeping detailed records and managing project documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
