Our client, is currently seeking a Streetworks Permit Coordinator to assist a local authority. This is a contract role for a short-term secondment of an initial 3 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to critical streetworks operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating streetworks permits in compliance with NRSWA regulations
- Working closely with the Council to ensure smooth operations
- Managing permit applications and ensuring timely processing
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to provide local knowledge and support
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all permits and related activities
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Providing updates and reports on the status of permits and any issues encountered
- Attending the office at least once a week to integrate with the team and systems
Job Requirements:
- Experience in streetworks coordination and permit management
- Knowledge of NRSWA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for permit management
