We're looking for a proactive Resourcing Partner to help attract and hire great talent across a growing organisation. You'll deliver a smooth, inclusive recruitment experience while working closely with leaders and HR to meet business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a defined business area.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and shape resourcing plans.
  • Source talent proactively through direct channels, networks and talent pools.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate selection activities and ensure timely feedback.
  • Coach hiring managers to make confident, fair decisions.
  • Use market insight to improve attraction strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data and support the use of recruitment systems.
  • Promote internal mobility through talent and succession discussions.

What You'll Bring

  • In‑house or agency recruitment experience across varied roles.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, CV databases).
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Clear, adaptable communication style.
  • Awareness of current recruitment trends and candidate expectations.
  • Strong organisation, problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Confident interviewer with excellent written and verbal communication.
