Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimise FPGA hardware modules for advanced defence and security applications
- Translate system requirements into FPGA logic and architecture
- Carry out simulation, testing, and validation of FPGA designs to ensure performance and reliability
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to integrate FPGA solutions

Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in FPGA design and development, with a strong grasp of VHDL or Verilog
- Understanding of digital signal processing, embedded systems, and hardware description languages
- Experience with FPGA synthesis and implementation tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus
- Knowledge of high-speed digital design and interface protocols
- Ability to interpret system requirements into FPGA architecture
- Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across technical teams
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in electronics, computer engineering, or related fields
