We are recruiting permanent Geomembrane Installation Gangs to join a growing specialist contractor working on projects across the UK. This is a fantastic long‑term opportunity for experienced geomembrane installers who are confident working away and enjoy a varied, site‑based role.
The Role
- Installation of geomembrane liners (HDPE, LLDPE, GCL, PVC, etc.)
- Working on reservoirs, lagoons, landfill cells, containment systems and environmental projects
- Site preparation, welding, testing, QA checks and defect repairs
- Working as part of an established gang delivering high‑quality installations
- UK‑wide travel with regular overnight stays
- Supporting project supervisors to ensure safe and compliant site operations

Requirements
- Experience installing geomembrane liners (essential)
- Competent in extrusion welding, wedge welding and QA testing (preferred)
- CSCS card required
- Flexibility to work away Monday-Friday across the UK
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence beneficial
